In 1988, the Demoy family obtained the very first artisanal cider production permit, thus opening the door to Quebec cider production. Their first harvest saw the birth of Crémant de Pomme Du Minot, the first naturally effervescent sparkling cider. It was followed by more than a dozen ciders, all produced in the Robert Demoy style, with knowledge and passion. A great team gravitates around the Demoys and supports the efforts of this company which, after more than 30 years of cider production, remains a beacon in the world of artisanal beverage production in Quebec. A visit is essential to discover the undeniable finesse of these ciders and their wide variety, but also to discover the cider house, for a bucolic stroll in the heart of nature and a little history thanks to a visit to the Musée du Grand-Père, where the old press from France proudly sits. You'll learn a lot about the art of making cider. Feel free to picnic at the designated tables, in the shade of the apple trees.\u003c\/p\u003e","brand":"Coffrets Prestige","offers":[{"title":"Default Title","offer_id":50541745176855,"sku":"3782","price":149.99,"currency_code":"CAD","in_stock":true}],"thumbnail_url":"\/\/cdn.shopify.com\/s\/files\/1\/0248\/9250\/6146\/files\/D_c2492947-5ab3-4b21-8ca0-4147ce4d4ea9.png?v=1749829952","url":"https:\/\/signelucal.com\/en\/products\/experience-locale-visite-et-degustation-pour-2-personnes-cidrerie-du-minot-3","provider":"Signé Local","version":"1.0","type":"link"}
