It was followed by more than a dozen ciders, all produced in the Robert Demoy style, with knowledge and passion. A great team gravitates around the Demoys and supports the efforts of this company which, after more than 30 years of cider production, remains a beacon in the world of artisanal beverage production in Quebec.
