Craving a spa atmosphere at home? Light Tea Garden. White tea and jasmine meet the freshness of mandarin and lemon, with a touch of bergamot and ginger. A soft, uplifting scent to start the day or unwind in the evening.
Late Afternoons hand-pours it in Montreal, in virgin coconut and soy wax, with a wooden wick that crackles as it burns. Its notes: mandarin, lemon, jasmine and white tea. It contains essential oils of litsea cubeba, bergamot and ginger.
Format: 3 oz in a metal tin (10 to 15 hours of burn time) or 5 oz in a glass jar (30 to 35 hours).
Materials: virgin coconut and soy wax, vegan and phthalate-free, and a handcrafted FSC-certified wooden wick.
How to use: on the first burn, let the candle burn until the entire wax surface has melted, so it does not tunnel. After that, burn it for 2 to 3 hours at a time.
Care: trim the wick to 3 to 5 mm (1/8 to 3/16 in.) before each lighting. Keep the wick centred and the wax free of debris. Stop using the candle when about 6 mm (1/4 in.) of wax remains.
Origin: hand-poured in Montreal.
Precautions: never leave a lit candle unattended or burn it for more than 4 hours at a time. Place it on a stable, heat-resistant surface, away from drafts, and keep it out of the reach of children and pets.
