We adapt. We suggest a minimum of $30 per set to enjoy real variety. For recognition programs, we calibrate based on years of service.

What timelines should you expect?+

It depends on volume: between 1 and 3 weeks for custom orders. For urgent needs, our express sets ship within 48 business hours. The dedicated page is ready in under a week once your selections are confirmed.

Can you deliver to several different addresses?+

Yes. Anywhere in Québec or beyond at a competitive cost, thanks to our partnership with Canada Post. Teams spread across Québec, a colleague in Europe, a team in the United States: we handle it.

Predefined themed boxes by occasion?+

We put together baskets for every corporate theme: Christmas, retirement, a promotion, a work anniversary, a client milestone, an end-of-contract gift.

Can you customize the packaging with our logo?+

Yes. Cards, labels, letters inside the box, ribbons, and even on some products through our partners (Poches & Fils, Ethica, Atelier Fab, Pigeon Atelier Letterpress, and others).

Can you add items you don't carry at Signé Local?+

Yes. If you have a specific product in mind (a corporate keepsake, a promo item, etc.), you provide it and we add it to the set.

What's your approach to packaging?+

Bags or boxes by default. We encourage recycled, recyclable, or reusable materials. You can also send us your own packaging if you have one.
