Home Spa Box

The Home Spa box turns an ordinary bathroom into a moment of calm. Bath milk, bath salt, clay mask, candle and herbal infusions: everything is there for a full ritual, without leaving home.

Signé Local brings together in this box five Quebec artisans who take self-care seriously, from Mauricie to Chaudière-Appalaches, by way of Lanaudière and Montérégie.

What's inside: five products. Some flavours and fragrances vary by batch; refer to the label on the product you receive.

• Boreal infusion, 2 sachets of 1.5 g, assorted flavours, from Floèm.
• Raspberry and vanilla bath milk, from Flambette.
• Moment spa candle (eucalyptus and mint leaf), 120 ml, from Lovli.
• Bath salt test tube, assorted fragrance, 100 g tube (shown in the photo: eucalyptus and lavender), from Pando & Co.
• Charbon + Sauge natural clay mask, 56 g, from Hudson Soap Co.

Format: in the classic edition, the products come in the gift box shown in the first photo. The deluxe edition holds the same products in a black box.

How to use: one step per product.

• Steep a Floèm sachet in hot water and keep the cup within reach.
• Light the Moment spa candle a few minutes ahead so the scent can spread.
• Pour the bath milk under the hot running water so it foams up.
• Pour a handful of bath salt into the hot water and let it dissolve; the tube holds about two baths.
• Mix 1 tsp of mask powder with water or a toner to form a paste. Apply it to clean, dry skin, avoiding the eye and mouth area, leave on for 10 to 15 minutes, then rinse with lukewarm water.

Floèm infusions are made in Quebec with plants hand-picked in the boreal forest.

Precautions: the bath salt is not recommended for children under 2 or pregnant women, and Floèm infusions are not recommended for pregnant women or children under 5. The bath salt and the mask are for external use only: avoid the eye area and stop use if irritation occurs. Never leave the candle burning unattended or for more than 4 hours at a time.
