The Chef box is for people who really cook. Black garlic, hot sauce, spices, oils and vinaigrette: seven condiments from Quebec artisans that turn an ordinary dish into one people talk about.

How to enjoy it:
- Stir the black garlic purée into a vinaigrette, homemade mayo or compound butter.
- Add the hot sauce at the end of cooking to keep all its punch.
- Use the camelina oil cold: on a salad, fish or roasted vegetables.
- Whisk up a quick vinaigrette with the balsamic and a drizzle of oil.
- Sprinkle the spice sachet over meat or vegetables before they go in the oven.
- Cook the smoked pasta and serve it simply, with a little oil and summer honey.
