A gourmand candle inspired by Parisian pastries: a red berry note at the top, strawberry and rhubarb at the heart, then vanilla, cream and sugar at the base. A soft, comforting scent, like a sweet treat break.
Oli & Eve hand-pours it in Montreal. The 3 oz size has a wood wick that crackles softly, like a mini campfire; the 8 oz size, in a glass jar with a gold lid, has a cotton wick.
Format: 3 oz (about 10 to 15 hours of burn time) or 8 oz, i.e. 227 g (about 45 to 50 hours of burn time).
Materials: 100% natural soy wax, or soy and coconut wax, with no paraffin or additives; phthalate-free fragrances; FSC-certified crackling wood wick for the 3 oz size, cotton wick for the 8 oz size. Contents may vary by batch; refer to the label on the product you receive.
How to use: the first time, let the wax melt evenly across the entire surface, about 2 hours, to prevent tunnelling.
Care: before each lighting, trim the wick to less than 6 mm (1/4 in.). With the wood wick of the 3 oz size, it is normal for the flame height to vary. Once the candle is finished, reuse the container.
Origin: hand-poured in Montreal.
Precautions: never leave a burning candle unattended or burn it for more than 4 hours in a row. Place it on a stable, heat-resistant surface, away from drafts, and keep it out of reach of children and pets.
