Indoor Freefall Experience for 2 People, 2 Introductory Flights Each - iFLY Montreal
The moment the wind tunnel powers up and your feet leave the floor: for a few minutes, you are really flying.
iFLY's vertical wind tunnel, at the Centropolis in Laval, reproduces the free fall portion of a skydive, with no plane and no parachute. The package is put together by Coffrets Prestige, which assembles experience gifts with around 300 Quebec partners.
Format: package for two people, two introductory flights each.
- Preparation class: flight techniques and hand signals
- An instructor with you during each flight
- A debrief on the experience after the flights
- Equipment rental: helmet, goggles and flight suit
How to use: bring lace-up running shoes. The Flex+ option allows a booking change at no charge up to 24 h before; a $39.99 fee applies between 24 h and 4 h before, and no change is possible past that point. No refunds. The virtual reality experience is not included in the package: it is offered as an option on site, from age 6.
Precautions: open from age 3, except to pregnant women, people who have already dislocated a shoulder and people over 300 lb. Above 260 lb, or for any particular need, contact iFLY in advance.
Origin: experience takes place in Laval, at 2700 avenue du Cosmodôme. Package assembled by Coffrets Prestige, of Saint-Mathieu-de-Beloeil, in the Montérégie.
