Enjoy a unique relaxing experience in a natural setting at the brand-new Strøm Nordic Spa Saint-Sauveur. The thermal experience is based on a relaxing ritual alternating between hot and cold, followed by a period of intense relaxation. It helps eliminate toxins, relax muscles, improve sleep quality, and strengthen the immune system. Facilities include outdoor whirlpools, temperate and ice baths, Finnish saunas, a eucalyptus steam bath, thermal and Nordic waterfalls, and several indoor and outdoor relaxation areas with fireplaces.
