A nourishing, plant-infused hair oil formulated without essential oils, gentle on sensitive scalps. It hydrates hair, adds shine, smooths frizz and flyaways, and cares for the scalp.

Oneka makes it with organic sunflower and hemp oils, sea buckthorn oil and extracts of horsetail, rosemary and lavender. This family business in Frelighsburg, in the Estrie region, grows plants on its organic farm in Quebec.

Format: 60 ml bottle, boxed.

Ingredients: helianthus annuus (sunflower) seed oil, cannabis sativa (hemp) seed oil, equisetum arvense (horsetail) extract, rosmarinus officinalis (rosemary) extract, lavandula angustifolia (lavender) flower extract, hippophae rhamnoides (sea buckthorn) oil, tocopherol. All ingredients except tocopherol are organic.

How to apply: as a treatment, apply the oil to dry or damp hair from root to end, massage into the scalp, leave on for 30 minutes to a few hours, then wash; it can also be used as a pre-shampoo detangler. As a finish, rub 2 to 4 drops between your fingertips and apply from mid-lengths to ends; to tame flyaways or static, lightly smooth the top of your hair with both hands. On dry hair, avoid the roots, then brush, comb or style as you like.

Storage: away from heat and light.

Precautions: for external use only. Avoid the eye area and stop use if irritation occurs.

Origin: Oneka, in Frelighsburg, Estrie.
