A pumpkin spice latte, in a limited edition for the fall season: real pumpkin, dates and a blend of warm spices (cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, clove, allspice), all caffeine-free.
Seta Organic makes this instant blend in Quebec. Just add it to milk or a plant-based drink for a rich, creamy latte, hot or iced, with 2 g of sugars per serving and no stevia.
Format: 130 g pouch, about 20 servings of 1 tbsp (6.5 g).
Ingredients: organic pumpkin, organic date, organic oat milk, organic cinnamon, organic ginger, organic nutmeg, organic cordyceps mushroom, organic clove, organic allspice.
Allergens: the packaging says "gluten-free".
Serving suggestion: in a Mason jar, pour 1/2 cup (125 ml) of water and 1/2 cup (125 ml) of plant-based drink, add 1 tbsp of the blend and shake firmly until smooth; a milk frother gives a creamier texture. Sweeten to taste. You can also simply stir it into hot milk. The blend can be added to smoothies and energy balls too.
Storage: in an airtight container, in a dry place away from light.
Origin: made in Quebec by Seta Organic, a company based in Piedmont, in the Laurentides region.
