A blueberry and lavender cocktail syrup inspired by the blueberry, nicknamed the "blue gold" of Saguenay–Lac-Saint-Jean. It blends the quiet strength of blueberry, the scent of lavender flowers and the tannins of Labrador tea.

KWE Cocktails was founded in 2017 by two childhood friends, Jessica Côté and Eve-Marie Gravel, who grew up among the blueberry fields: this syrup is a bit of their childhood in a bottle. The company makes its syrups in Lac-Saint-Jean, with boreal spices and hand-picked berries.

Format: 200 ml.

Ingredients: sugar, blueberry juice, water, Labrador tea, citric acid, lavender flowers.

Serving suggestion: add it to your cocktails and non-alcoholic drinks, or top it up with sparkling water for a refreshing drink. It also flavours a lemon cake.

Storage: away from light; refrigerate after opening.

Origin: made in Lac-Saint-Jean.
