A sea buckthorn syrup with a refined hint of acidity. It is made from the small orange berries of this shrub, which now grows in Quebec.
Les Charlatans make it in Montréal, with no preservatives, colouring or additives. It pairs with mineral water and with cocktails made with gin, white rum or vodka, and also goes well with ice cream and pastries. Les Charlatans favour fresh produce, mostly organic, from Quebec growers.
Format: 235 ml glass bottle, enough for up to 16 cocktails or mocktails.
Ingredients: sea buckthorn juice, sugar, water. No preservatives, colouring or additives.
Serving suggestion: mix it with mineral water or into a cocktail made with gin, white rum or vodka, or pour it over ice cream and pastries.
Storage: away from light; refrigerate after opening.
Origin: made in Montréal.
