A black tea flavoured with peach and apricot. The fruity notes meet the depth of a high-grown Ceylon tea from the Nuwara Eliya, Dimbula and Uva regions of Sri Lanka. Enjoy it hot or iced, on its own or with a slice of fresh peach or a sprig of mint.

Atelier So Lovely, whose workshop-boutique is in Knowlton, in the Eastern Townships, blends it by hand and packs it in Canada, in 25 compostable plant-based tea bags. It has a medium caffeine content and is vegan.

Format: 25 tea bags, 50 g in total.

Ingredients: black tea, natural flavours (peach, apricot).

Serving suggestion: use 1 tea bag for 200 to 260 ml (7 to 9 oz) of water heated to 100 °C (212 °F) and steep 3 to 5 minutes, to taste. For iced tea, brew it hot, then pour it over ice.

Storage: in an airtight container, away from moisture and light.

Origin: tea grown in Sri Lanka; blended by hand and packed in Canada by Atelier So Lovely, in the Eastern Townships.
