A spoonful on still-warm toast, and the taste of spring at the sugar shack comes rushing back. Creamy and smooth, this butter is made from 100% pure maple syrup, with nothing added. Enjoy it at breakfast or as a snack.
Sucrerie de Courval is the family sugar bush of Nancy Plourde and Éric Dupuis, who have owned the land since 2005. The sugar shack was rebuilt in 2009 and the first sugaring season took place in the spring of 2010. The sugar bush now has 9,300 taps, and everything is processed on site.
Format: 125 g glass jar.
Ingredients: 100% pure maple syrup, with nothing added.
Serving suggestion: spread it on toast and crêpes, use it to top desserts or enjoy it by the spoonful.
Storage: refrigerate after opening.
Origin: made at the sugar bush in Drummondville, in the Saint-Joachim-de-Courval sector, Centre-du-Québec.
