A balanced infusion with a fir-like, slightly astringent taste that recalls the aromas of conifers and captures the boreal forest. It brings together black aronia berry, wild alder and wild Labrador tea.
Floèm designs it in Montréal and makes it in Quebec, with wild plants hand-picked in the boreal forest. Each blend is created by Floèm's certified tea sommelier, with no added flavouring. The infusion is caffeine-free and gluten-free, and its plant-fibre tea bags can go in your municipal compost bin.
Format: 10 tea bags, 18 g.
Ingredients: aronia, organic fenugreek, goldenrod, wild Labrador tea, wild alder and organic rosemary.
Serving suggestion: steep one tea bag in a cup of hot water for a few minutes, depending on the strength you prefer.
Storage: in an airtight container, away from light and moisture.
Origin: designed in Montréal and made in Quebec, with wild plants hand-picked in the boreal forest.
