An old-fashioned fruit ketchup: tomatoes, peaches, apples, pears and vegetables cut by hand, then gently simmered with spices. Honey from the honey house's own hives goes into the recipe.
It is made by hand by Miels d'Anicet, right on the farm in Ferme-Neuve, in the upper Laurentians (Hautes-Laurentides).
Format: 212 ml jar.
Ingredients: tomatoes, peaches, onions, white vinegar, apples, pears, peppers, celery, honey, sugar, spices (mustard), salt.
Allergens: contains mustard.
Serving suggestion: serve with tourtière, meat pies, turkey, potatoes, meats and stews.
Storage: refrigerate after opening; once opened, it keeps for two years in the refrigerator. The date under the jar is the expiry date.
Origin: made by hand on the farm in Ferme-Neuve, in the Laurentians.
