A protein smoothie mix with notes of mango, pineapple and passion fruit that takes on a lovely bluish colour. It contains blue spirulina and camu camu.
Seta Organic, a company from the Laurentides region, makes it in Quebec. Made from real fruit, stevia-free and vegan, it is ready in 30 seconds without a blender: just add milk.
Format: 160 g pouch.
Ingredients: protein blend (Canadian yellow pea protein, organic pumpkin seed protein), fibre blend (organic psyllium husk, organic acacia, organic agave inulin), banana, passion fruit, organic dates, mango, pineapple, organic natural flavours, organic blue spirulina, organic camu camu. The member's website also gives another list: protein blend (chickpea protein, organic pumpkin seed protein), organic banana, organic acacia fibre, organic passion fruit, organic mango, organic pineapple, organic orange, organic agave inulin, blue spirulina, organic camu camu. Contents may vary from batch to batch; refer to the label on the product you receive.
Serving suggestion: in a Mason jar, pour 1 cup (250 ml) of your favourite plant-based milk, add 4 tbsp (32 g) of the mix and shake vigorously until smooth. With a blender, make your smoothie as usual (ice, liquid, banana) and add 4 tbsp of the mix.
Storage: in an airtight container, away from moisture.
