A pure, organic maple syrup from the short window of the sugaring season when the maple flavour is at its most pronounced. La Fabrick usually keeps this syrup for its friends; it bottled it at the sugar shack in very limited quantities.
The family sugar bush has been based in Shefford, in the Eastern Townships, since 1939, and is certified organic by Ecocert Canada.
Format: 375 ml.
Ingredients: 100% pure maple syrup, organic.
Serving suggestion: enjoy it on its own, drizzled over desserts or in your recipes.
Storage: keep away from light; refrigerate after opening.
Origin: family sugar bush based in Shefford, in the Eastern Townships.
