An apple and cinnamon protein smoothie mix, available as a limited edition for the fall. Organic Quebec apples, cinnamon and nutmeg give it an apple pie flavour, for breakfast or an afternoon snack.
Seta Organic, a company from the Laurentides region, makes it in Quebec. Made from real fruit, with no added flavours or stevia, gluten-free and vegan, it is prepared without a blender. Each 32 g serving provides 12 g of protein and 9 g of fibre, along with vitamins and minerals.
Format: 160 g pouch, or 5 servings of 32 g.
Ingredients: protein blend (chickpea protein, organic pumpkin seed protein), organic Quebec apple, fibre blend (organic acacia fibre, organic agave inulin, organic psyllium husk), organic banana, organic cinnamon, organic lucuma, organic camu camu, organic nutmeg. The member's website also mentioned a yellow pea protein. Contents may vary from batch to batch; refer to the label on the product you receive.
Serving suggestion: pour 1 cup of your favourite milk into a Mason jar, add one serving of the mix (4 tbsp, 32 g) and shake until smooth. No blender needed. For a sweeter taste, add fruit and blend everything.
Storage: in an airtight container, in a dry place away from light.
Origin: made in Quebec by Seta Organic, in the Laurentides region, with organic Quebec apples.
