Jasmine Green Tea
An organic green tea scented with whole jasmine flowers, with a delicate floral bouquet. Jasmine opens at night: its flowers are hand-picked in May, after midnight, when they are at their peak.
The green tea leaves come from the provinces of Fujian and Jiangxi, China. Les thés FloralTea prepares and packs this vegan blend by hand, in small batches, in Laval. Enjoy it hot, iced or in cooking.
Format: 100% compostable loose-tea tube, 35 g, makes about 30 cups.
Ingredients: organic green tea, whole jasmine flower.
Allergens: prepared in a facility that also handles coconut.
Serving suggestion: use ½ to 1 tsp per cup (150 ml). Avoid boiling water: steep for 3 to 5 minutes in water at 70 to 85 °C, then remove the tea, which turns bitter beyond that time. Double the amount for an iced version.
Storage: in an airtight container, away from moisture, direct sunlight and heat sources. With no preservatives, it is best within 12 months of purchase.
Origin: green tea from Fujian and Jiangxi, China; blend prepared and packed by hand in Laval.
Precautions: contains a small amount of caffeine. Check with your doctor before drinking it if you are pregnant, breastfeeding or have a health condition. Interactions with medications or other herbal products are possible.
