A cup that smells of cinnamon, clove and ginger, to hold with both hands when the cold sets in for good. The golden-yellow infusion tastes of spices and conifers; the blend also brings together Labrador tea, echinacea, chamomile and elderflowers.

The Délice boréal line grew out of the work of the Avataq Cultural Institute, an Inuit cultural organization in Nunavik founded in 1980, which first documented traditional herbal knowledge with Elders before turning it into a line of herbal teas in the early 2000s. The northern plants in the blend, including Labrador tea, are hand-picked and dried by residents of Nunavik communities, in Nord-du-Québec.

Format: bulk box of 48 bags of 1.5 g, 72 g in total.

Ingredients: small Labrador tea (tirrluapik), purple echinacea herb, marshmallow root, peppermint leaves, elderflowers, chamomile flowers, cinnamon bark, ginger root, cloves, coltsfoot leaves.
