Family Blend Cold Brew pairs coffees from Colombia and Ethiopia in a blend designed for cold brewing, with notes of berries, dulce de leche and hazelnut chocolate. Smooth and low in bitterness, it makes a round, refreshing cold coffee.
The beans, washed and natural processed, are grown at 1,950 to 2,340 m above sea level. Dums Coffee roasts them in small batches every Sunday in Montréal, then portions the ground coffee into unbleached manila hemp brewing bags, biodegradable and compostable, ready to brew as soon as they arrive.
Format: 240 g, or 16 brewing bags of 15 g.
Ingredients: ground coffee from Colombia and Ethiopia.
Serving suggestion: place one bag in a Mason-type jar, fill with water and let it steep overnight. Serve over ice, black or with a little milk.
Storage: store in an airtight container, away from light and moisture.
Origin: coffees from Colombia and Ethiopia, roasted in Montréal by Dums Coffee.
