Four 50 ml maple syrups gathered in a tasting case: a boreal syrup with Labrador tea, a lavender-infused syrup, a coffee bean-infused syrup and a whisky barrel-aged syrup. A way to compare, side by side, the many sides of maple.
Based in Chaudière-Appalaches, TRACE starts with its own maple syrup and pairs it with plants, beans or wood to help people rediscover the land through maple. The case makes a lovely gift, for maple lovers and newcomers alike.
Format: 4 bottles, 50 ml each, 200 ml in total.
What's inside:
- Boréal: boreal maple syrup with Labrador tea, 50 ml.
- Lavande: lavender-infused maple syrup, 50 ml.
- Café: maple syrup infused with coffee beans, 50 ml.
- Whisky: whisky barrel-aged maple syrup (single cask), 50 ml.
Serving suggestion: taste each syrup by the spoonful to compare the flavours, then use them as a topping.
Storage: refrigerate after opening.
Origin: syrups from TRACE's family sugar bush in Saint-François-de-la-Rivière-du-Sud, in Chaudière-Appalaches.
