Organic Therapeutic Cushion - Square

Versatile, this square therapeutic cushion fits several parts of the body thanks to its four sections, which keep the grains in place. Warm, it helps release muscle tension; cold, it soothes.
Filled with organic pearl barley, it is handmade in Quebec by Amma Thérapie. It comes in three fabrics: grey hemp and organic cotton, sand hemp and organic cotton, and Fougère charcoal.
Format: 9 1/2 x 7 1/2 x 1 in., 700 g, 4 sections.
Materials: organic pearl barley filling. Hemp and organic cotton cover for the grey and sand versions (55% hemp and 45% organic cotton for sand). For the Fougère charcoal fabric, check the label.
How to use: for warmth, place the cushion on a paper towel and heat it in the microwave for about 1 minute to 1 minute 15 seconds, depending on the oven's power, or place it on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper in a conventional oven preheated to 175 °F (about 80 °C) for 15 to 18 minutes at most. For cold, keep it in the freezer in an airtight plastic bag. Then apply it to the desired area. The cushion cannot be washed in water: if a stain occurs, wipe the surface with a damp cloth.
Storage: away from heat and light.
Precautions: for external use only. Avoid the eye area. To avoid burns, always check the cushion's temperature on the inside of your wrist before applying it. Do not use a gas oven to heat it. Never leave a child under 3 unattended with the cushion. Stop using if irritation occurs.
Origin: handmade in Quebec; Amma Thérapie is based in Château-Richer, in the Capitale-Nationale region.
