A barbecue spice blend made with Quebec maple sugar, with aromas that reveal notes of caramel. The peppers, cayenne and fenugreek balance the sweetness of the maple.
This blend comes from a collaboration between La Pincée and Nos Cabanes. La Pincée makes it by hand in its workshop in La Prairie, in Montérégie, from whole spices ground on site. It contains no preservatives, garlic, onion or dehydrated vegetables.
Format: 170 g jar.
Ingredients: white pepper, black pepper, sea salt, Quebec maple sugar flakes, Quebec maple sugar, cayenne pepper, fenugreek, herbs and spices.
Allergens: according to the maker, all its spice blends are free of priority allergens.
Serving suggestion: rub it on meat before cooking or add it to marinades and barbecue sauces. It suits pork, chicken, fish, grilled vegetables, tofu steaks, squash and spinach, and works in omelettes and salad dressings.
Storage: in a tightly closed container, away from heat, light and moisture; keeps up to 24 months after opening.
Origin: handmade in La Prairie, in Montérégie.
