A herbaceous, slightly bitter and peppery infusion, with camphor, hoppy and resinous notes from the sage and juniper berries. Refreshing and comforting, it brings together wild Quebec plants, including sweet gale and Labrador tea.
Floèm, a Montréal company, makes it in Quebec with plants hand-picked in the boreal forest. It contains no caffeine.
Format: 30 g bag, loose.
Ingredients: organic juniper, wild sweet gale, organic echinacea, wild Labrador tea, organic mullein and sage.
Serving suggestion: steep about 1 tbsp in 250 ml of simmering water, covered, for a few minutes, then strain.
Storage: in an airtight container, away from light and moisture.
Origin: made in Quebec with plants hand-picked in the boreal forest.
Precautions: not recommended for pregnant women or children under 5.
