Honey Trio - Raclette Moment

Three unpasteurized 65 g honeys, chosen for raclette nights. A drizzle over cheese, charcuterie or grilled vegetables, and each honey brings out its own aromas and intensity. A honey and cheese pairing card comes with the trio.
Miel Liaison is based in the Eastern Townships (Estrie), where its apiaries are located; the company also works with partner beekeepers in other regions of Quebec. Its honeys are minimally filtered to keep their natural character, and the trio's selection varies with the seasons.
Format: 3 vials of honey, 65 g each.
Ingredients: unpasteurized honey.
Allergens: according to the maker, its honeys are gluten-free.
Serving suggestion: drizzle the honey over your cheese, spoon it on top or dip the cheese right into it. The trio also goes well with charcuterie and grilled vegetables; let the pairing card included guide you.
Storage: at room temperature, ideally between 19 and 25 °C, away from light. The honey will crystallize naturally over time: set the vial in a glass of very hot, but not boiling, water to make it liquid again.
Origin: company based in the Eastern Townships (Estrie); the honeys come from its own apiaries or from partner beekeepers in other regions of Quebec, depending on the selection.
