A vinaigrette that pairs the sweetness of maple with the bold character of Dijon mustard: the maple syrup softens the bite of the mustard. It dresses salads and doubles as a marinade.
Blanc par rouge makes it in Chaudière-Appalaches with canola oil, cider vinegar and garlic.
Format: 250 ml.
Ingredients: canola oil, sugars (maple syrup), cider vinegar, Dijon mustard (water, mustard seeds, vinegar, salt, citric acid, sulphites), reconstituted lemon juice (water, lemon juice concentrate, sulphites), sea salt, dehydrated garlic, spices, xanthan gum.
Allergens: contains mustard and sulphites.
Serving suggestion: pour it over vegetable or pasta salads, use it as a marinade for chicken or pork skewers, poultry and fish, or drizzle it into sandwiches and smoked salmon or chicken wraps.
Storage: refrigerate after opening.
Origin: made in Chaudière-Appalaches.
