The leaves of Labrador tea, also known as lédon du Groenland, make an infusion with a fragrant, mild and slightly tannic taste. Enjoy it any time, day or evening.

Gourmet Sauvage hand-picks these leaves in Quebec, following its responsible harvesting principles, then air-dries them in a dark place. The company is based in Mont-Blanc, in the Laurentians. This herbal tea is vegan, gluten-free and GMO-free.

Format: 20 g.

Ingredients: Labrador tea.

Serving suggestion: steep 1 tsp of leaves in 250 ml of simmering water for 5 to 7 minutes, then strain. Have one cup a day. The leaves can also flavour a sorbet or a sauce; for an iced tea, add a little sugar and lemon.

Storage: in an airtight container, away from moisture.

Origin: harvested in Quebec and prepared using artisanal methods in Mont-Blanc, in the Laurentians.

Precautions: not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women. Labrador tea can irritate the stomach: do not steep it for more than 10 minutes.
